This weekend I took a trip down to San Pedro & had the chance to check out a very unique place called Crafted at the Port of Los Angeles. It is a shopping place filled with the unique, one of a kind and handmade items. If you like to stand out, this is the best way to do it and of course, support small business.
I chatted with Leslie of LeeLee Jewels and I asked:
E) Why do you feel accessories are just as important to personal style as clothes?
L) I feel that jewelry is just as important as what we wear because it’s another way of expressing our personal style! Jewelry doesn’t care what size you are & no matter what jewelry can make our outfit that much more glamorous and can compliment it drastically.
E) What is the 1 piece of jewelry you can’t live without?
L) I never leave the house without my watch! It’s my favorite piece & adds to any of the jewelry I’m wearing.
E) What makes faux as fabulous as the real thing?
L) I feel that faux is just as fabulous as real gold because we can all afford it without feeling guilty of spending so much! Faux is worn by everyone; even celebrities will have some unique pieces that you wouldn’t find in real gold. I’ve noticed that most of the time people won’t know that it’s not “real” gold/silver because the quality of the jewelry is so amazing!
