Pianist Arthur Hanlon releases his new version of classic instrumental track “Balada Para Adelina.” The iconic piece, originally recorded by pianist Richard Clayderman, became a global hit in the 1970s, awakening an entire generation’s passion for piano. Now, Arthur Hanlon revisits one of the songs he learned as a child, paying faithful homage to the original, but with a contemporary arrangement that looks forward, produced by acclaimed Colombian Andres Castro (Carlos Vives, Maluma, Shakira, Jennifer López, Ricky Martin, Reik, Prince Royce).

The challenge was to create something fresh and distinctively mine while at the same time maintaining the essence of the original, which has touched the soul of people around the world for decades.”
